How has Bright. helped clients?
Setting boundaries became an asset
My client felt trapped in a never-ending cycle of wanting to please. He found it difficult, if not impossible, to say no. This was draining and wearing him out not only mentally, but also physically, and financially.
During the Bright. coaching session, we focused on the underlying patterns of behavior and looked at them from a new perspective. Through this re-examination, he understood what the real mechanism of his behavior was.
The change was immediate. The very next day, he was able to stick to his boundaries without feeling guilty. Once the model was updated, it was easy to stick to your own needs without emotional struggle. An hour and a half changed his direction permanently.
When commitment became success
A client came to me because of recurring frustrations. His own experience and beliefs about himself were clear: "Commitment is difficult."
In Bright. coaching, we skipped the details and focused on the process. It allowed the client to examine their thoughts and images of commitment. During the process, he discovered that they already had all the necessary skills. All he needed was new perspectives.
With this realization, the old, limiting belief began to break down. As a result, he no longer just "succeeded in commitment" but became a whole new kind of committer, one who makes conscious choices and is able to see goals through to completion. Successful commitment also includes the ability to say no to things that are not in line with his deepest values.
When creativity was found
The client came to coaching because he felt he was stuck in one place. She considered herself a boring, hyper-rational person without the much-needed creativity.
During the Bright. coaching process, she realized that her own understanding of creativity was too narrow. She adjusted her mind map and discovered that she was actually very creative . With this realization, her energy was freed. The change was directly reflected in her everyday life and thinking. As a bonus, she later said that creativity had also brought a lot of new, genuine joy to her life.
Nail biting stopped
The client had been biting her nails for over 40 years. This also negatively affected her self-image and caused feelings of shame. During the session, we used a simple, effective technique that worked this time as well. Nowadays, she uses nail clippers and no longer, in her own words, 'chew on her nails'.
