Welcome to Bright. coaching!

Hello! Welcome to my website!

My name is Pia Myllys, and I was born in 1967. In my free time, I practice Kula Yoga, stay active, and love to read. I find my inspiration in stories and have a deep passion for writing

What things bring you the most joy? What makes up those moments or things that warm your heart even years later? For me, the best moments of joy are those instants when I see someone blossom, when they realize something meaningful. Those moments create meaning and motivation.

I will walk alongside you on the journey towards a brighter future, guiding you with appreciation and gentle guidance.

My own path as a multi-tasker in life has been colorful, eventful, with valleys and hills. Above all, it has been enriching. It has been guided by endless curiosity, a constant desire to learn, honesty and a desire to broaden my horizons, to understand even more. It has always been important to me to be fair and honest.

I bring a unique blend of analytical skills and the gentleness of experience to this work.

With these values, I will walk alongside you on the journey toward a brighter future, guiding you with respect and gentleness.

I apply advanced models in communication and personal transformation.

My coaching is based on the client's internal motivation to actively reprogram their thoughts and actions. By utilizing these reprogramming methods, we successfully unlock your true inner potential. I have studied and applied various family and individual coaching methods in the spirit of continuous learning since 2013.

Since 2023 I have focused deeply on the Bright. coaching methods, which have proven to be very effective in both my own and my clients' journeys.

I invite you to take a look at my blog. That’s where I explore the intricate patterns of thought and behavior that define us, seeking to understand how our lives are shaped by the culture we inherit, the environments we inhabit, and the decades we’ve lived through.

Below, you’ll find a few recommended stories. Each one includes a 'friend’s link,' which allows you to read for free without needing to log in.
